Return Information

General Returns/Cancellations
Because every CD order is custom produced and shipped directly from the manufacturer, we do not generally accept returns of CD’s. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, please e-mail us. If you purchased an item within the last 24 hours and wish to cancel or you need to make a change, please notify us immediately.  Most items ship out within hours of ordering so it’s very important to contact us immediately to make a change or cancellation.  If the item has already shipped out and we completed the order per the original invoice, we are not able to accept a return.

 

Damaged Merchandise
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.  If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately.  At our discretion, we will either have you return the item or request you provide photo evidence of the damage so we can file a claim with the USPS.  We will provide you with a return shipping label if we deem necessary or you cannot provide photo evidence.  We will try our best to work with you and make it right with a full refund or with a replacement.

 

Wrong Merchandise
Hey, everyone makes mistakes.  If we send you the wrong product, please let us know immediately.  We will provide you with a return label to send the wrong item back.  Once we see the incorrect item is on its way back to us (by tracking number) we will send you the right item or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.
